Types of Membership

Merrow LTC provides membership at competitive rates which includes free use of tennis balls, floodlights and our on-line Court Booking System. The rate also includes an affiliation fee payable to Surrey County LTA for each playing member - allowing you to register for the club's Wimbledon ticket draw.

​The membership year starts on 1 April each year with some pro rata rates applying from 1 July.

Membership Benefits  

All year and midweek memberships are subject either to a one-off £60 joining fee or in the case of family memberships a one off £120 joining fee. There is no joining fee for junior, parent helper, student holiday or social members.  

Visitors are also very welcome when playing with a full member. Visitors fees are £5 per session (£2.50 child).

Some Club benefits are available across all types of membership, whereas others are unique to their specific type. Please check the list below to see which membership type will best suit you.

• Junior Club sessions supervised by a coach on Fridays during term time. They run from 4.00-5.00pm for orange and green ball players, 5.00-6.00pm for junior yellow ball players that are 12 and Under and 6.00-7.00pm for junior yellow ball players that are 13 and Over.
• One junior fun session each term
• Junior priority sessions for parents to organise for juniors to play with other junior members on Wednesdays from 4-6pm and Sundays from 8-10am
• A competitive ladder for yellow ball players to play FAST4 tennis against other juniors
• Access to club coaches for individual lessons
• Wimbledon ticket draw for Juniors 11 and over*
• Group Coaching sessions on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday evenings and Saturday mornings. Sessions are £8.00 per 1 hour session and £12.00 per 1 ½ hour session (booking required). There is a discount if they have attended the previous term. For more details see our Junior Coaching page. We have groups for:

• Can attend coaching by MLTC approved coaches only
• Fees for lessons are paid on top of the coaching membership fee.

*Members will have to meet certain eligibility criteria set by the LTA for entry in the LTA's Wimbledon Club ballot. The ballot is now run by the LTA and not the club.
